Penny Lindh - Owner/Groomer

I have been fully trained by Master Groomer Jody Graham from Groomer's Friend in Ulladulla.  After 12 years in the public service I decided to follow my dreams and passions and learnt the fine art of dog grooming.  I have not looked back since.  How could I ask for more.  I get to go to work everyday with my dogs and I have the pleasure of the company of other peoples dogs.  I love the "WOW" factor when their humans come in to pick them up and happy to hear that we provide a nice relaxing environment for their stay with us.  Cesar Milan, the Dog Whisper is my hero and I like to practice his techniques of calm and assertive handling of all dogs whether they be first timers to grooming or old hands at it.  A lot of patience and understanding goes a long way.

I thoroughly enjoy the creative side of grooming and I appreciate a dog's individual personality and owners wishes when creating a fabulous style

Paul Lindh - Owner

Paul is my husband of 3 years.  We started selling dog clothing and accessories at market places and shopping centres on weekends and as it grew we decided we needed to grow with it.  Paul has maintained his full time job outside the shop but helps me in the afternoons and on weekends.  He is a great dog washer and has a great rapport with the pooches.  When he is not washing and drying you will find him in the retail section of doing the long list of maintenance and enhancement jobs I always seem to find for him.


Fifi Fluff - Office Manager

Fifi is a 12 month old papillon.  Fifi's job is to look beautiful, send out reminder SMS' and play with the clients.  As well as a pampering session it can also be a wonderful social outing for your dog.  Fifi is always up for some playtiime with clients which helps alleviate any anxieties your pet may have being left in an unfamiliar place. More often than not your dog will be too busy playing to realise its time to go home.  However if your dog prefers a bit of quiet time we have fully equipped cages that your dog can rest in until you arrive.



Fonzi - Customer Relations

Fonzi is Fifi's fiance. He loves coming to work each day and greeting all the clients.  He is a bit of a ladies man and has a keen eye for a cute blonde.  His job is to stay cute and let me know when someone comes into the salon.



Chanel - Office Junior

Chanel is responsible for day to day office duties including shredding, modelling, security and keeping her father under control.
